Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
In a blender, add 3/4 cup of oats, 1/4 cup of oat bran (or ground flax seeds), 6 egg whites (or 3 whole eggs), 1 serving of chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp instant coffee, 1 packet of stevia, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and 1 tsp cacao powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into a mixing bowl, then add the 2 diced apples, and stir together. How good does that batter look?
You’re almost done. Spray an 8×8″ baking dish with avocado oil cooking spray, then add the batter so it evenly covers the baking dish.
Once you’re ready, put the batter in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Keep checking throughout. Once the 30 minutes is up, remove them from the oven, let it cool, then cut into 8 squares.
