Ingredients

(feel free to use your favorite flavor)

unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
Add 4 pitted dates, 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, and 1 cup of walnuts to a blender or food processor. Blend together.
Once the mixture is blended together, add 2 tbsp of coconut oil, and blend just long enough to mix in the coconut oil.
Add 1 serving of vanilla protein powder to the blender. If you don’t have access to vanilla protein powder, feel free to use any other flavor. Blend.
With a spatula, remove the mixture from the blender, add it to a bowl, then add 1 cup of blueberries, and 1/2 cup of unsweetened shredded coconut.
Mix everything together with your hands, then add the mixture to the fridge, and let it set for 10 minutes.
Once the mixture reaches a consistency to be formed into balls, remove the mixture from the fridge, and form golf ball sized balls with your hands.
Dip and roll each golf ball sized coconut protein ball in a bowl of sesame seeds to add extra crunch.
Add the coconut protein balls to a plate and enjoy.
