Ingredients

butternut squash
1 1/2
cups
canned coconut milk
1/2
tsp
Cinnamon
1/2

Instructions
Peel the butternut squash, cut lengthwise, then scoop out the pulp and seeds.
Cut the squash into small chunks, add to boiling water, then boil for approximately 7 minutes, or until soft.
Drain the water, then add the boiled squash to the blender.
Add 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.
Blend for 20-30 seconds, or until it reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
Add 1/4of the coconut squash soap into a bowl, top with 2 tbsp of pecans, a dash of cinnamon, then drizzle with a little bit of coconut milk.
