Instructions
  1. To save time, make a 30 day supply of the electrolyte powder blend by adding 7.5 tsp of sea salt or Himilayan pink salt, 2 tsp of potassium chloride, 2.5 tsp of magnesium malate, and an optional 3 tsp of calcium citrate to a resealable bowl.
  2. Add the lid to the bowl and shake to mix throughly.
  3. To get a single serving, add just under a 1/2 tsp of the electrolyte powder to a 16-40 oz jug of water.
  4. To add flavor, add 2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice.
  5. For more sweetness, add a few drops of liquid stevia to taste.
  6. Add the top to your water bottle and shake it up.
  7. Sip before, during, and after your workout or fasting period.
