Ingredients

cup
egg whites
1
cup
cherries
(frozen or fresh)
1
banana
(mashed up)
1
tbsp
coconut flour
1
tbsp
almonds
1
tbsp
shredded coconut
(unsweetened)
coconut oil spray
dash
Cinnamon
Instructions
Heat pan over medium heat and spray with coconut oil spray.
Add 1 cup of egg whites to the pan and scramble for approximately 1 minute, or until cooked.
Add cooked egg whites to a bowl.
Top the eggs whites with one mashed banana, then stir.
Add 1 tbsp of coconut flour to the egg whites mixture and stir.
Add 1 cup of frozen or fresh cherries, 1 tbsp of almonds, and a dash of cinnamon, then stir.
Top with 1 tbsp of shredded coconut.
Enjoy.
