  • 1 juice of lime

  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 4 tbsp liquid fish oil (infused with lemon)

How To Make The Best Guacamole Dip Recipe
Instructions
  1. Scoop out contents of the avocado into a large bowl and mash.
  2. Finely dice the onion, jalapeno pepper (first remove the seeds), garlic, and tomatoes. Add the diced ingredients to the bowl of mashed avocado.
  3. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime into the bowl.
  4. Add 1 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp sea salt, and 1/2 tsp of pepper to the bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Add 4 tbsp of Nordic Natural's lemon flavored omega 3 fish oil.
  6. Serve with any of your favorite dipping foods. We love dipping celery and jicama sticks.
