Ingredients
  • 1/2diced apple
  • 1/2diced banana
  • 1/2cup blueberries
  • 1/4cup almonds(chopped)
  • 1cup Almond Milk(unsweeteneded)
  • 1serving Protein Powder
  • dash Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Dice 1/2 of an apple into small bite sized pieces, then add it to a cereal bowl.
  2. Dice 1/2 of a banana into small bite sized pieces, then add it to the cereal bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of blueberries to the cereal bowl.
  4. Chop up a 1/4 cup of almonds into small pieces, then add it to the cereal bowl.
  5. To make the protein milk, add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a blender with 1 serving of protein powder, blend until mixed throughly, then pour it onto the cereal.
  6. Add a dash of cinnamon on top of the cereal.
  7. Enjoy your healthy cereal with protein milk.
