Dice 1/2 of an apple into small bite sized pieces, then add it to a cereal bowl.
Dice 1/2 of a banana into small bite sized pieces, then add it to the cereal bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of blueberries to the cereal bowl.
Chop up a 1/4 cup of almonds into small pieces, then add it to the cereal bowl.
To make the protein milk, add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a blender with 1 serving of protein powder, blend until mixed throughly, then pour it onto the cereal.
