Instructions
We’re going to start by cutting a 1/2 of a red onion in half, then throw the quarters into the Cuisinart food processor.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters, then throw them in with the onion, in the food processor.
Remove the skin from 1 clove of garlic, then throw the entire clove into the food processor.
Add a handful of cherry tomatoes and a handful of cilantro to the food processor.
Slice the lime in half, then extract the juice and pour the entire juice, from the one lime, into the food processor.
Slice the jalapeno pepper into smaller pieces and add to the food processor. You can remove the seeds or leave them in.
Toss a pinch or 1/2 tsp of pink himalayan salt and 1/2 tsp of fresh cracked black pepper to the food processor.
Pulse the food processor to blend all the ingredients until you get the right consistency that you like.
Enjoy.
