Once the water starts to boil, lower the heat, then add 1 tbsp of white vinegar, and stir in a large circular motion to create a swirling effect with the water.
Crack the shell, then slowly add the egg into the middle of the swirling water, and cook for 3 minutes.
Once the eggs are cooked, remove the eggs by scooping them out of the water with a slotted spoon.
Dap the eggs with a paper towel to remove the excess water, serve, and enjoy.
