Ingredients
  • 2large eggs
  • 1oz cream cheese
  • 1/4tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. In a blender, mix 2 large eggs, 1 oz of cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, then blend until smooth.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of butter to a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour the batter into small pancake shapes onto the pan.
  4. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface, then carefully flip and cook for another 1 minute.
  5. Serve hot with an optional small drizzle of melted butter.
