Ingredients
  • 3large eggs
  • 1.5oz cream cheese
  • 1/4tsp baking powder
  • 1cup shredded mozzarella cheese(1/2 cup for crust, 1/2 cup for toppings)
  • 1tbsp butter
  • 1tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. To make the crust, add the following ingredients to a blender, 3 large eggs, 1.5 oz of cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it out evenly in a rectangular shape to form the crust.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
  7. Once baked, brush the crust with 1 tbsp of melted butter to enhance flavor and help bind the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese evenly across the top.
  9. Add 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper on top.
  10. Place the pizza back in the oven under the broiler for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let the pizza cool for a minute, slice, and enjoy!
