Instructions
  1. In a blender or mason jar, add 1.5 cups of water, 1 handful of spinach, 1 serving of AG1 greens powder, 1-2 servings of protein powder (to get 30-40 grams of protein), 3 grams of leucine, 5 grams of creatine monohydrate, 1 serving of stevia if you like more sweetness, and 3 ice cubes or more.
