Lemon Pepper Broccoli

Ingredients
  • 1cup broccoli
  • 1/2juice lemon
  • Dash Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. In a steamer pot, add an inch of water, then place the steamer insert on top, with a lid, to boil the water.
  2. Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of broccoli to the steamer insert.
  3. Steam the broccoli for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the broccoli from the steamer and add to a plate.
  5. Take a 1/2 of a lemon and squeeze it with a lemon squeezer, then pour the lemon juice on top of the broccoli. Then top with a dash (or a couple turns) of black pepper.
  6. You are done!
