  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 servings vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp matcha green tea Added for extra taste. If you can't find matcha tea, substitute it with a cinnamon tea, or your favorite tea flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Notice how I put cinnamon in almost all these recipes 😉
  • 1 packet Stevia A natural sweetener.

Instructions
  1. 1. Add everything to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds.
  2. 2. Portion out the mixture by pouring into 4 separate sealable and freezer proof plastic baggies.
  3. 3. Place the baggies in the freezer for approximately 3 hours. I said 5 hours in the video but if you leave it in the freezer for too long, it'll freeze like a brick. If this happens, you can simply let it defrost for 10-15 minutes before eating.
