  • 1/3 cup red onion (diced)

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • to taste dried herbal mix seasoning (for example, Mrs. Dash)
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 handful organic arugula
  • to taste hot sauce
  • 1/4 sliced avocado (optional)
  • to taste mustard
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nuts (optional)

  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • to taste dried herbal mix seasoning (for example, Mrs. Dash)
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 handful organic arugula
  • to taste hot sauce
  • 1/4 sliced avocado (optional)
  • to taste mustard
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nuts (optional)
Meat And Nuts Breakfast Omelet
Instructions
  1. Note: If you are looking to save time in the morning, cook the ground beef mixture the night before.
  2. Add pan to the stove over medium heat.
  3. Add 1 pound of 85/15 organic ground beef to a heated pan over medium high, break it up to crumble the beef, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Dice 4 cloves of garlic and 1/3 cup of red onion, mix the garlic and red onion together, add the mixture to the pan while cooking the ground beef, and stir.
  5. To season the beef mixture, add a dash of sea salt, black pepper, and your favorite dried herbal mix seasoning, for example Mrs. Dash, then stir.
  6. Cook the ground beef mixture for a total time of 6-8 minutes, or until everything is cooked thoroughly, then remove from heat.
  7. Portion out the meat mixture by splitting it into 4 equal portions, then once they are cooled down, store 3 of the portions in the fridge to use for leftovers in future breakfasts.
  8. Crack 3 organic eggs into a bowl, then beat them together.
  9. Using the same pan as the ground beef, cover pan with with 1 tsp of coconut oil over medium low heat.
  10. Add another dash of your favorite dried herbal mix seasoning into the pan.
  11. Add the 3 mixed eggs to the pan, then top with a little more of your favorite dried herbal mix seasoning.
  12. Cook the eggs for 1-2 minutes, then flip the omelet and cook for another minute.
  13. Top the omelet with 2 tbsp of salsa, then spread it evenly to cover the omelet.
  14. Top the omelet with a handful of arugula, then one portion of the ground beef mixture.
  15. Add another dash of your favorite dried herbal mix seasoning to the top.
  16. Top with hot sauce to taste.
  17. Remove the omelet from the pan by sliding it onto a plate.
  18. Optional: Top with 1/4 of a sliced avocado on top of the omelet.
  19. Top with a drizzle of mustard to taste.
  20. Optional: Add a side of 1 tbsp of macadamia nuts.
  21. Enjoy!
