Ingredients
  • 1/4cup coconut flour
  • 1/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2tsp Pumpkin spice
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1cup pumpkin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4cup Coconut Oil
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4cup chocolate chips
  • cooking spray(avocado oil or coconut oil cooking spray)
Instructions
  1. In your mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 1/4 cup of coconut sugar, 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice, and 1/2 tsp baking powder, then mix.
  2. In the same mixing bowl, add 1 cup of pumpkin, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup coconut oil, and 1 tsp vanilla extract, then blend.
  3. Finally, in the same mixing bowl, add in 1/4 cup of chocolate chips, then stir it up, and get ready to bake it.
  4. Lightly spray your 8×8 baking pan with avocado oil spray or coconut oil spray.
  5. Spread the batter out in the baking pan, then bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
