Ingredients
  • 26 oz cans salmon(drained)
  • 1 onion(diced)
  • 2sticks celery(diced)
  • 1tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2tbsp fresh dill weed(diced)
  • 1dash Sea Salt
  • 3tbsp coconut flour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 3tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Drain canned salmon, then add it to a bowl and mix together.
  2. Add the diced onion, diced celery, lemon pepper seasoning, diced fresh dill weed, sea salt, and coconut flour to the mixing bowl and stir together.
  3. Mix well and form as many patties as you like.
  4. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat in a frying pan.
  5. Add patties to the heated pan and saute until on the first side for 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Flip the patties and finish sautéing for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add to a plate and enjoy!
