  • 3cubes Ice
  • 1serving Protein Powderenough for 30-40g of protein
  • 1tbsp plain greek yogurtpaleo substitute: 3 tbsp egg whites
  • 1cup frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 2/3cup grape juice
  • 2/3cup Almond Milkunsweetened
  • 1tbsp peanut butterpaleo substitute: almond butter
