Rinse 2 cups of frozen, pre-cooked shrimp under cold water for 1-2 minutes until thawed. Pull the tails off, if they still have them on, then add them to a you’re ready to go.
If you’re consuming this recipe cold, add defrosted shrimp to a bowl. However, if you’re prefer to eat this hot, add 2 cups of the defrosted shrimp to a pan heated over medium heat.
Add a 1/2 cup of marinara sauce, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp of olive oil, and tbsp of dried basil on top of the shrimp. Stir.
If eating it cold, you are ready to go. If you’re heating it up, stir it in the pan, cover, and heat for 4-5 minutes.
