(pre-seasoned or add your favorite spices)

red onion

Instructions
Add the tri-tip beef to the slow cooker.
Add a 1/4 cup of water.
Then add as many vegetables as you like. We usually add a combination of chopped onion, baby carrots, cauliflower, and broccoli.
Put the lid on the slow cooker and set the timer for 7 hours.
You’re done.
