(you can also use frozen spinach)

pineapple

apple

romaine lettuce

kale

Water
(optional)
Instructions
Simply add 1 handful of spinach, 1 cup of chopped pineapple, 1 chopped apple, 1 handful of romaine lettuce, and 1 handful of kale to a blender.
Now the fun part. Blend it up.
If the green smoothie is not blending properly, add 1/2 cup of water, or more, to the blender.
