Ingredients
  • 1handful Spinach(you can also use frozen spinach)
  • 1cup pineapple(chopped)
  • 1 apple(chopped)
  • 1handful romaine lettuce
  • 1handful kale
  • 1/2cup Water(optional)
Instructions
  1. Simply add 1 handful of spinach, 1 cup of chopped pineapple, 1 chopped apple, 1 handful of romaine lettuce, and 1 handful of kale to a blender.
  2. Now the fun part. Blend it up.
  3. If the green smoothie is not blending properly, add 1/2 cup of water, or more, to the blender.
  4. Enjoy!
