  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Pecans
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • To taste Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 serving Protein Powder I used the paleo protein powder from Rootz Nutrition (use coupon code: LiveLeanTV)
  • 1/2 cup Berries (optional)

Low Carb Cereal Recipe Replacement [PALEO & KETO]
Instructions
  1. Since I like to cook in bulk, it's as simple as mixing all the ingredients into a big jar or container.
  2. In a container, add 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/4 cup of pecans (but you can use walnuts or any nut you want), 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds, a dash or 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and a couple turns of sea salt.
  3. Shake it up.
  4. This will make your cereal in bulk.
  5. To make the protein milk, add 1/2 cup of almond milk, or more if you want to drink the leftovers, to a mason jar or blender, with a serving of protein powder, then blend it up. I used the paleo protein powder from Rootz Nutrition (use coupon code: LiveLeanTV)
  6. Portion out the cereal by taking a 1/2 cup serving from the container, then pour it into your bowl.
  7. Pour the protein milk on top.
  8. Optional: Add 1/2 cup of berries on top of the cereal.
  9. Add a dash of cinnamon on top of the cereal and enjoy.
