1/2cupAlmond Milk

1/2cupBerries(optional)
Instructions
Since I like to cook in bulk, it’s as simple as mixing all the ingredients into a big jar or container.
In a container, add 1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1/4 cup of pecans (but you can use walnuts or any nut you want), 1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/2 cup of ground flax seeds, a dash or 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and a couple turns of sea salt.
Shake it up.
This will make your cereal in bulk.
To make the protein milk, add 1/2 cup of almond milk, or more if you want to drink the leftovers, to a mason jar or blender, with a serving of protein powder, then blend it up. I used the paleo protein powder from Rootz Nutrition (use coupon code: LiveLeanTV)
Portion out the cereal by taking a 1/2 cup serving from the container, then pour it into your bowl.
Pour the protein milk on top.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup of berries on top of the cereal.
Add a dash of cinnamon on top of the cereal and enjoy.
