Ingredients
  • 1/2cup coconut water
  • 1/2cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1cup frozen blueberries
  • 1handful Spinach
  • 6drops liquid stevia
  • 1tsp ground turmeric
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tsp maca powder
  • 2tbsp cacao chunks
  • 1tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1tsp fish oil
  • 1serving Protein Powder
Instructions
  1. In a blender add 1/2 cup coconut water, 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 6 drops liquid stevia, 1 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp maca powder, 2 tbsp cacao chunks, 1 tbsp ground flax seeds, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp hemp seeds, and 1 tsp fish oil.
  2. Add the top to the blender, then blend all the ingredients together until smooth and uniform.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and take a drink.
