Ingredients
  • 1cup Water
  • 1scoop AG1
  • 10grams L-Glutamine powder
Instructions
  1. Add a cup of water to a blender.
  2. Add one scoop of my favorite AG1 greens powder.
  3. Add 10 grams of Myprotein L-Glutamine.
  4. Add the top to the blender, then blend it up for 10 seconds.
  5. Pour it into a glass.
  6. Cheers to delicious tasting green drinks. It’s going to be even more delicious for your body.
