Ingredients

unsweetened coconut yogurt

scoop
Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder

tbsp
flax seed

tbsp
sliced almonds

strawberries
Instructions
Add 1 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt to a bigger bowl. The bowl I started with was too small as you’ll need room to add the protein powder.
Add 1 scoop of vanilla whey isolate protein powder, then stir it up well with a fork or whisk until it’s completely creamy.
Add 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds on top.
Add 1 tbsp of sliced almonds.
Top with 3 sliced fresh strawberries.
Take a bite and yell, DAMN that’s good!
