Ingredients
  • 9 hard boiled eggs
  • 2tbsp avocado oil based mayonnaise(You can also use an olive oil based mayonnaise. If your mayo has soybean oil or any other vegetable oil, throw it out.)
  • 2tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1stalk celery
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1tsp dried dill
  • 1tsp Paprika
  • 1dash Sea Salt
  • 1dash Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Roughly chop up the 9 hard boiled eggs, then add them to a big bowl.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise and 2 tbsp of dijon mustard to the bowl.
  3. Slice up the celery stalk and dice up the cucumber and add them to the bowl.
  4. Add 1 tsp of dried dill, 1 tsp of paprika, a dash of black pepper, and a dash of sea salt to the egg mixture.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together in the bowl and enjoy.
