Ingredients
  • 2handfuls frozen vegetables(I used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
  • Water(just enough to cover the vegetables)
  • 1-2squirts hot sauce
  • 1serving vanilla protein powder(use egg white protein or whey protein isolate)
Instructions
  1. Add 2 handfuls of frozen vegetables to a blender.
  2. Add just enough water to cover the vegetables.
  3. Add 1-2 squirts of hot sauce and 1 serving of vanilla protein powder.
  4. Place the top on the blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
