Ingredients

handfuls
frozen vegetables
(I used broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
Water
(just enough to cover the vegetables)
1-2
squirts
hot sauce
1
serving
vanilla protein powder
(use egg white protein or whey protein isolate)
Instructions
Add 2 handfuls of frozen vegetables to a blender.
Add just enough water to cover the vegetables.
Add 1-2 squirts of hot sauce and 1 serving of vanilla protein powder.
Place the top on the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
