2cupslentils(pre-cooked: make sure you cook the lentils before you make the meatless meatballs. Cook them according to your package directions.)

Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 375F.
First step is to add the lentils and brown rice to a blender or food processor. Pulse several times to combine the two ingredients together.
After the lentils and brown rice is mixed together, simply add the mixture to a large mixing bowl.
The next step is easy, simply add all the remaining ingredients into the mixing bowl. This includes the whole eggs, ricotta cheese, diced garlic, diced onion, bread crumbs, pesto, black pepper, dried oregano, and paprika.
Once all the ingredients are in the mixing bowl, just like with other meatball mixtures, it’s time to get your hands messy, by forming golf ball sized meatless meatballs.
Place the meatless meatballs on a baking sheet (tin foil optional), and add to the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes is up, flip the meatless meatballs, and cook for another 10 minutes. After that, they should be ready.
While you wait, clean up the mess in the kitchen.
Once the buzzer goes off, remove them from the oven, and check to see how they look and smell. Let them cool down, then give them a taste.
