Ingredients
  • 1cup Almond Milk(unsweetened)

  • 1tbsp ground flax seeds(or chia seeds)
  • 1medium frozen banana
  • 2handfuls Spinach(or your favorite greens)
  • 1tbsp almond butter
Instructions
