On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m sharing a follow along 10 minute no equipment rock hard abs home workout.
This 10 minute no equipment rock hard abs workout is designed to focus on creating maximum tension in all regions of the abdominals and core.
This rock hard abs workout is comprised of:
Complete all 5 abs exercises in circuit format, for 30 seconds, with no more than 10 seconds rest between each exercise within the circuit.
At the end of the circuit, rest 10 seconds, then repeat the circuit for a total of 3 circuits
None.
Exercise mat is optional.
Complete 3 rounds of this 5 exercise abs circuit.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds.
Take a quick 10 second break, then move on to the next exercise.

The first exercise in the abs circuit are hollow body flutter kicks.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Sets: 3
Tempo: 1010
The next abs exercise is the alternating single leg forearm plank.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Sets: 3
Tempo: 1011
The next abs exercise is the Russian v tuck twist.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Sets: 3
Tempo: 1011
The next abs exercise is the forearm cross body mountain climber.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Sets: 3
Tempo: 1010
The next abs exercise is the seated leg raise over object.
Reps: 30 seconds
Rest: 10 seconds
Sets: 3
Tempo: 1010
