How To Sit Up With Punch Exercise Video Demonstration and Guide

The Sit Up With Punch is a great ab exercise to generate more power and contraction from your core.

To get started:

  1. Lie down on your back, knees bent, feet firmly planted into the floor, with your hands behind your ears.
  2. Contract your abs, sit up, and throw a cross punch to the other side of your body, while breathing out.
  3. Return to the starting position, and repeat with your other arm.
  4. That’s 1 rep.
  5. Repeat.
