On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m showing you how I’m staying healthy while balancing fatherhood during my first week as a new dad.
In Live Lean Life Vlog Ep. 011 I share:
I know it’s been a few weeks since I came out with another Live Lean Life vlog episode.
Since we just had our brand new baby daughter Kyla, I’m living in a crazy world.
If you haven’t seen it yet, we showed you when we were in the hospital with her, as well as when we got home to introduce her to our dog Bruno.
Go check out the birth story video post to meet Kyla.
I am so blessed and grateful to have her in my life.
With that said, we are now back to the regular filming of the Live Lean Life vlog series.
I’m at the outdoor track and sports field to get in my dad workout.

After I finished the workout, the time was 12:49 pm.
By the time I get home and break this fast, it’ll be like approximately 1:10 pm.
That’s typically when I have my first meal, which is a superfood shake.
I’m going to you show you that once I get home, because I’m getting hungry.
Once I got home, Jessica was excited to show me Kyla wearing her first fancy Honest brand diaper.
This is designer wear for babies, which is why they cost approximately $5 for one freaking diaper.
I’m kidding, they’re actually less than $1 each.
Jessica says, “They’re expensive, but they’re cute.”
Since my fast is now over, it’s time to make my super powered maca blueberry smoothie recipe.
Here’s what’s in it.

Now that I my workout and work is completed for the day, it’s time to spend some time with my wife and my sleeping daughter.
While Kyla was sleeping on my chest, Jessica just gave me some of the most anabolic food in the world to try.
This is natural human growth hormone (HGH), also known as breast milk.
You can buy this on the black market, but it is expensive.
Jessica had to squeeze this out manually since she doesn’t have a breast pump yet.
It was a painful experience for her, so hopefully I enjoy it.
I have not had breast milk since I was a baby, so let’s give it a taste.
Although there wasn’t a lot, I was surprised how sweet it was.
It actually tasted good, similar to cow’s milk.
I would totally eat this on some Raisin Bran 😂.
I give it two thumbs up.
I asked Jessica to pump me more, but she said the factory was closed.
Now I understand why Kyla wants it all day, everyday.
I’m going to wake up so muscular and jacked tomorrow.
If you see me on snapchat and are wondering how I got so jacked, it’s because of this breast milk.
Hopefully we didn’t just gross you out, but if we did, remember it’s natural 😉.
Jessica hasn’t tried it yet.
Once Kyla woke up from her nap, I sang her Bob Marley’s song, Three Little Birds.
Jessica said we were both drunk off the breast milk.
Whenever Kyla gets salty and fiesty, I pick her up and bounce.
While I’m bouncing, it also gives me a nice little calf workout.
Jessica thinks it looks like a leprechaun dance.
All right, that’s the vlog.
We were doing so well, until Kyla woke up crying.
I guess she didn’t want the vlog to end.
We love you, thanks for watching, and we’ll see you at the next vlog.
