On today’s episode of Live Lean TV, I’m unboxing supplements and fitness gear from Myprotein.
I’m not 100% sure what they sent me, so let’s open it up, and see what’s inside the box.
Let’s get started.
Here is a list of the Myprotein supplements and fitness gear they sent me.
If you’re interested in any of these item, all the links to the supplements and gear are below.
Over the years, I’ve owned a lot of Myprotein Tank Top Vests.
These are not your traditional low quality tank tops.
The Myprotein tank top vests are breathable, durable, and stretch to form to your body.
Check out all the Myprotein Tank Top Vests here.
The Myprotein padded heavy lifting grips are great for deadlifts and bent over rows.
You can use lifting grips to improve grip strength when your forearm strength gives out before your back and other body parts do.

The Myprotein Alpha Men Multivitamin is a good one for people that train.
When you workout, you need more nutrients to recover and repair, compared to people who don’t train and lift.
Based on the information shown on the nutrition label, it looks like a pretty powerful multivitamin.
Try Myprotein Alpha Men Multivitamin here.
Next up we have the unflavored Myprotein BCAA Powder.
BCAAs is short for branch chained amino acids.
Here’s a video post I did on if you need to supplement with BCAAs.
I prefer taking BCAAs in powder form over BCAAs in pill form.
The reason is simple.
In order to get enough BCAAs to really make a difference, you would have to chug a lot of pills.
I don’t like swallowing that many pills.
I also like that this BCAA powder is unflavored, rather than sweetened with artificial sweeteners.
Try Myprotein BCAA Powder here.
They also sent me the Myprotein Creatine Monohydrate powder.
I have to be a 100% honest here.
In the past, I’ve tried many different brands of creatine, in different forms, including Kre alkalyn creatine and creatine monohydrate.
Unfortunately, I’ve never noticed much results from taking these forms of creatine.
However, I’ve heard that the powder version of the Myprotein Creatine Monohydrate is top notch, so I’m excited to test this one.
One of my fitness goals is to gain more strength.
Creatine is one of the most researched supplements out there that, time after time, is proven to work to increase strength.
Try Myprotein Creatine Monohydrate Powder here.
Next up, we have Myprotein green tea extract.
Green tea extract is a supplement that I don’t typically take.
It is a highly concentrated form of green tea that provides a source of polyphenols, as well as a natural energy boost from the caffeine.
If interested, you can try Myprotein Green Tea Extract here.
Finally, the last supplement is Myprotein Caffeine Pro.
This is basically just a caffeine pill supplement, that provides 200mg of caffeine.
Give this a try if you don’t like taking a pre-workout drink, or you don’t like the taste of coffee.
Taking caffeine before your workout can give you the needed kick in energy to take your workout to the next level.
There’s also proof showing caffeine may help increase the body’s ability to burn fat during your workout, by releasing the fatty acids from the fat cells.
In addition to this, when your energy levels are up, you’re more likely to kill your workouts even more.
Just be sure you don’t overdo it on caffeine.
The overconsumption of caffeine can lead to a lot of things, including headaches and bloody noses.
Be smart with your training.
Try Myprotein Caffeine Pro here.
That’s it.
Thanks to Myprotein for sending me this box of supplements and fitness gear.
Let me know which Myprotein supplements and fitness gear you’d like me to do an individual review on.
I promise to give you my 100% honest feedback after I take them.
This was a new topic as I’m looking to try new things on our Live Lean TV YouTube channel.
In the past I’ve stayed away from doing unboxings, since I get sent a lot of things from different companies and brands to do reviews on.
However, if you want me to do reviews on certain types of products, such as sneakers, supplements, clothing, or whatever it may be, let me know in the comments below.
Thanks again for being a part of the Live Lean Nation and for helping me make my dream come true.
Hopefully I’m helping you live the lean lifestyle.
