Yes, we’re in the kitchen again with another healthy, delicious, and quick recipe from Brad’s Cookbook.
I decided to put together a high protein and low carbohydrate recipe variation of my favorite food, pizza.
This recipe uses many of the same topping ingredients in traditional pizza, but it’s not made with a fattening, white flour, grain crust.
We are swapping out those unhealthy ingredients, to make a zero carbohydrate pizza crust.
Plus the key ingredient in this crust are high in protein and comes from a type of food that you probably need more of in your diet.
Fish.
But, before you freak out with disgust, stay with me here.
We’re using a high protein, low fat white fish called tilapia.
If you’re a serious fitness competitor, I’m sure you’ve had lots of tilapia in your diet.
However, many people miss out on the delicious and creative ways of how to make tilapia in the oven.
When you’re Living Lean, you are not stuck continuously eating boring and bland foods.
We add flavor using natural ingredients like herbs, spices, and other seasonings, rather than adding sugary fattening sauces.
Note: if you don’t like tilapia, feel free to swap it out for any other white fish.

yeah you can substitute haddock or any other white fish as well
Dame that’s good 😉 lol you should do that every time you try your food lol but great video!!!!!! This was ironic kuz i defrost telopia yesterday (I don’t know how to spell that lol) and wow this is way better then what I was going to make thank you!!!!!!
I saw the title and hit a bit of a mental block – I was thinking “fish, on pizza…. ummm, I dunno…”. But this actually looks good. I believe I have some tilapia in the freezer.
As for tilapia being bottom feeders, yes, I’ve heard this too, but shrimp are also bottom feeders. I figure they were made to eat these things, their bodies can process it. I would draw the line at eating their stomach content. Otherwise, there are plenty of other white fish you could use as a substitute.
Thanks Brad
i’ll have to google that and look into it
Ever since the show Dirty Jobs and the segment on Tilapia, that they are poop eaters. Like true human poop eating fish has turned me off to even trying tilapia. But I do have to say if substituting the tilapia for something else, it looks great!
good job Marie.
