curious what your thoughts are on Bee Pollen as a superfood? I use a good spoonful of it in the mornings before my workout.
Also, I workout at 5 a.m…..lately I’ve been having oatmeal with protein powder and some pureed pumpkin…but find it takes too much time to prepare and is kind of heavy to eat that early. Do you feel it’s NECESSARY to eat preworkout THAT EARLY in the morning????
