Today’s viewer question is from #AskLiveLeanTV Ep. 021.
Here’s today’s viewer question:
Rebecca @rsam87 on Twitter asks:
Am I right in thinking you both don’t eat any dairy products? Why is that?
When I was growing up, I used to pound the dairy products.
I drank so much dairy milk and a lot of ice cream as well.
However, since I started changing my body by researching and learning about health, dairy was out.

There was so much less bloat and I wasn’t as congested and nasally.
Taking dairy out of my diet was really one of the only things that changed it.

If you are unsure if you are lactose intolerant, pay attention to how you feel after you drink or eat dairy.
Common symptoms of lactose intolerance include:
We still consume whey protein isolate powder.

This is why we still consume whey protein isolate powder, especially since it is a very high quality source of protein.
